Every season nature decides how much honey she is willing to share. The honey in this collection originates from a single, exceptionally small harvest, gathered from wild rosemary and lavender growing naturally in the protected landscapes of Serra do Caldeirão.
No blending. No industrial processing. No compromise. Each jar is filled by hand, individually inspected and released only once every season.
